As a member of Impact Church and as a declaration on this application form, you are hereby agreeing to the following statements:

I have made a personal commitment of faith in Jesus Christ *

I have made a public declaration of faith by being water baptized *

I have successfully completed LAUNCH *

I have read "I Am A Church Member" book by Thom Rainer (Provided by Impact Church)

I am regularly attending Sunday Services at Impact Church *

I am regularly volunteering on a Serve Team *

I am regularly supporting the church financially through tithes and offerings *

As a church member I agree to support and abide by the vision, mission, and values of Impact Church *

I am at least 18 years of age (mandatory by CRA) *

Church Member Agreement

By becoming a church member you are now commit yourself to link arms with the rest of the Impact Church family to see the people of Kingston come to Christ. In so doing, you are declaring to Jesus and to the other members of the Impact Church family that you will be a fully devoted Christ follower who will do their best to:

1. BE A FUNCTIONING MEMBER.

By attending faithfully and celebrating key church events with my active support
By serving and using my time and talent to help build up the church
By financially supporting Impact Church through my tithes and offering
By building meaningful connections with guests and healthy relationships with those who attend Impact Church

2. BE A PRAYING MEMBER.

By praying for our leaders and their family
By praying for the church, it’s health and direction
By praying for the salvation of non-believers with whom I have a relationship
By praying for the needs of those in the church family

3. BE A UNIFYING MEMBER.

By celebrating the vision, mission and values of Impact Church
By handling conflict in a Biblical manner, honouring leadership and the process outlined in Matthew 18:15-17, Galatians 6:2, and 1 Corinthians 5
By seeking to reconcile and restore any broken relationships in a timely manner
By living for forgiveness and unity rather than criticism and negativity

4. BE A HEALTHY MEMBER.

By developing a lifestyle and behaviour that honours God and His Word
By developing a healthy devotional life that prioritizes the Bible, prayer and worship
By developing a servant’s heart and celebrating others before ourselves
By intentionally sharing our story of God’s grace with others
